Description

§ 130a Abs. 8 SGB V ermöglicht den Krankenkassen (KK) und pharmazeutischen Unternehmen, Rahmenrabattverträge über die zu Lasten der gesetzlichen KK abzugebenden Arzneimittel zuschließen.
Die GWQ wird als Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität bei KK gem. § 130a Abs. 8 S. 5 SGBV für ihre Aktionärs- und Kundenkassen tätig. In Hinblick auf die dafür einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften zur Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge, findet ein regelmäßiger Prozess wirkstoffbezogener, förmlicher Vergabeverfahren nach den Regularien des 4. Teils des GWB durch die GWQ Service Plus AG statt. Bis zum In-Krafttreten neuer Arzneimittelrabattverträge möchte die GWQ mit allen interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen, Arzneimittelrabattverträge im Rahmen des Open-House-Verfahrens zu Präparaten mit den u. a. Wirkstoffen abschließen. Frühester Vertragsstart ist der 1.3.2020.
