The subject of the public contract is the attic extension of the historic building No. 1 in Český Brod owned by the town of Český Brod. Today, the building is mainly used for the needs of the city library and information centre. The new attic space will serve as an exhibition hall including facilities, a temporary study room and the client's office. It is an immovable cultural monument, which is also located in the Český Brod urban conservation zone. This fact must be strictly reflected by the supplier. As part of the construction, the roof will also be repaired and insulated, the original small counter dormers will be renewed and completed, roof windows will be installed, new floors will be built and the space will be divided by partitions.
