Description

The Client is looking for Contractors, who are able to further develop the Preliminary Design on the basis of a construction team assignment. Work on the further co-design and realisation of these facilities of the ‘Nieuwbouw Prins Mauritsschool, kindergarten and gymnasium in Staphorst will include: - Construction work (Lot 1); - Electrical engineering work (Lot 2); - Mechanical engineering work (Lot 2). The starting points for the new building are: - Primary school Christian Reformation identity for 330 pupils with a size of 1,953 m² bvo (gross floor area); - Two group rooms (including sleeping area) for childcare/ PG – Elorah with a size of 203 m² bvo; - A gymnasium including changing rooms and materials storage with a size of 525m ² bvo; - Further to realize the necessary schoolyards, bicycle parking, parking, kiss & ride and greenery.
