Description

The armed forces is a large organization in constant change as a result of political decisions and internal processes. The changes focus on restructuring within the military structure, the introduction of new technologies and streamlining of work processes. The framework agreements will primarily be used by analysis and planning groups in the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Defence Staff (FST), which regularly perform reviews and analyses of the processes of change and restructuring.
The strategic support sought includes support in relation to monitoring and implementation of the restructuring activities with a focus on the progress, benefits realization, efficiency and risk, establishing baseline scenarios / base lines and the quality of restructuring assignments. The strategic support must also contribute to the monitoring of modernization and efficiency of the military's logistics and support activities, and implementation of joint integrated management systems on the SAP platform.
Armed Forces require that the tenderer's resources have significant expertise and experience at strategic management level in large companies / public institutions, with emphasis on restructuring-related management and monitoring functions. The strategic support that is sought will have to have experience at a level that makes one able to both challenge and support the military leadership in the continuing military reorganization in relation to current and future requirements and goals.
