The subject of this framework agreement is the manufacture, supply and installation of interior and exterior signage for the needs of the CMA Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur meeting the identification and information needs of the various locations, both inside and outside the buildings. This Framework Agreement shall be concluded in accordance with the formalised procedure. This is an open invitation to tender, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R 2124-1 and R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services shall give rise to a single framework agreement to which the contract has been awarded, which shall be executed by means of order forms, without a minimum and with a maximum financial value of EUR 300 000 inclusive of VAT for the initial duration of the framework agreement. In case of renewal, the maximum amount will also be 300 000€ including VAT per renewal period. The framework agreement is the subject of a single lot.
