The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel – diesel oil, depending on the ambient temperature (period) respectively: - summer, - transitional, - winter, the method of delivery and quality of which will meet the requirements set out in the currently applicable provisions, in particular in the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1209) and in the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018) and meeting the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06. 2.
