Slovakia-Dunajská Streda: Public road transport services
1.The purpose of the contracts is to select a carrier to provide a service in domestic scheduled bus services (urban public transport) and to cooperate in the provision of transport in the territory of the city of Dunajská Streda. The tendering procedure of the carrier is carried out for a period of 10 years for the period from 1.4.2019 to 31.12.2028, with the option of extending the duration of the provision of transport services by a maximum of 50 % in accordance with the Regulation.
2.The total estimated extent of performance of this contract is defined by the estimated total number of kilometres driven over the entire duration of the contract, i.e. over a period of 10 years and 650 000 km.
3.Total kilometres are also taken into account for passing-kilometres, technological kilometres, vehicle turning distances and other empty reactive kilometres.
4.The estimated amount of service per year was determined by the contracting authority on the basis of the estimated timetables prepared for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2 019 in the amount of 65000 planned total km.
5.After conclusion of the contract, a public service compensation mechanism will be put in place = Contribution in accordance with the provisions of the contract concluded, based on the remuneration rules laid down in the Road Transport Act and the Regulation.
6.Recovery of losses: In addition to the reasonable profit, the contracting authority will reimburse the carrier for the loss incurred in connection with the provision of the Transport Services, i.e. from the economically justifiable costs incurred (EON) for one calendar year, all direct revenue and other revenue generated by the carrier for that calendar year of provision of the Transport Services will be deducted.
