Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of orthopaedic implants for the Mazovian Specialist Hospital Sp. z o.o. in Radom. The order consists of 10 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to No 10 to the draft provisions of the contract. The Contractor will be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of this contract and are specified in Annex 2 to the SPC.
