Description

Das Kommunale Gebäudemanagement Leopoldshöhe („KGL“) beabsichtigt, zur Erweiterung der OGS der Grundschule Asemissen, Berliner Straße 10, 33818 Leopoldshöhe, einen multifunktionalen Anbau für ein ganztägiges Bildungs- und Betreuungsangebot errichten zu lassen. Umzusetzen sind ferner eine Aufstockung des Bestandsgebäudes und Sanierungsmaßnahmen am Bestand. Neubau, Aufstockung und Sanierung betreffen die Grundschule Asemissen. Es handelt sich um eine dreizügige Grundschule unter der Trägerschaft der Gemeinde Leopoldshöhe im Ortsteil Asemissen. Die hier abgefragten Architektenleistungen betreffen eine Einarbeitung in die bereits vorliegenden Ergebnisse der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume sowie die Erbringung der Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9 des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume (§ 34 Abs. 3 HOAI).
