The following categories of works will be carried out: - (resilient) consolidation and architectural rehabilitation works; - plumbing works; - electrical installation works; - thermal installation works; - weak current installation works; - fire-extinguishing works; - installation of machinery and provision of functional facilities. The necessary construction work will be carried out. The technical draft drawn up shall include the technical specifications, the execution technologies and the Quantities Lists for the works to be carried out.
