Description

Die KlinikumRegionHannover GmbH (KRH) beabsichtigt am Standort des Klinikums Nordstadt die Liegenschaft des Haus B in Betrieb zu nehmen. Das Haus ist unmittelbar vor der eigentlich geplanten Inbetriebnahme im Jahr 2013 durch einen Akutwasserschaden in wesentlichen Teilen betroffen gewesen. Die anschließende Sanierung der weitreichenden Wasserschäden führte in Folge in fast allen Gewerken und Bauteilen zu teils erheblichen und weitreichenden Rückbauten in unterschiedlicher Tiefe. Neben der Erstellung eines umfassenden Sanierungskonzeptes wurde eine dezidierte Bestandsaufnahme und Bewertung des bauseits vorhandenen Ausbaustandards hinsichtlich Wiederverwertbarkeit und Abgleich mit den gültigen technischen Rahmenbedingungen zur Baugenehmigung von 2011 vorgenommen.
