The subject of the contract is: 1) Supply of reagents and controls for the performance of laboratory tests in the field of haemostasis with the lease of 2 analyzers in two locations for a period of 24 months, hereinafter referred to as the assortment, 2) ensuring participation in external laboratory control programs for all determined parameters - in two DCOPiH locations, i.e. Hirszfelda 12 and ul. Grabiszyńska 105, according to the packages from the assortment tables, Annex 7, 3) maintenance services, including warranty services, i.e. granting a guarantee and performing the services resulting from it by the Contractor in relation to the above-mentioned analyzers.
