Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and transport of mixed and separately collected municipal waste from properties inhabited in the municipality of Koźmin Wlkp. within the meaning of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Koźmin Wlkp., as well as other provisions of generally applicable and local law. As part of the management of mixed and separately collected municipal waste from properties inhabited in the municipality of Koźmin Wielkopolski, the entity collecting the waste is obliged to transfer it to the Wielkopolski Centrum Recyklingu – Spółka z o. o. in Jarocin, Witaszyczki, ul. im. Mariusz Małynicza 1, 63-200 Jarocin. The subject of the contract includes the collection of the following municipal waste, broken down into: 1. Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, 2. Municipal waste separately collected by: a) paper, including cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging, b) metals, including metal packaging, plastics, including plastic packaging, multi-material packaging, c) glass, including glass packaging, e) bio-waste f) ash and slag from home furnaces. g) expired medicines h) waste batteries and accumulators
