Description

Within the framework of its competences, SYMSAGEB is in charge of the management of aquatic environments and is also manager of flood, runoff and erosion prevention works. The subject matter of the services differs from one lot to another: Lots 1 and 2: Maintenance of the Liane, Wimereux, Slack and coastal streams. Lot 3: Maintenance and restoration of soft hydraulics (hedge and fascine) Lot 4: In order to promote employment and promote insertion, pursuant to Article L2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code, the SYMSAGEB has chosen to reserve lots 1-3-4 for insertion structures through economic activity referred to in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labour Code and equivalent structures, where they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disadvantaged workers.
