The subject of the contract was ‘Supplies of work clothing and personal protective equipment for the needs of the Municipality of Plovdiv and the municipal budget support units’, divided into two lots as follows: Lot 1: ‘Supplies of workwear and personal protective equipment’ Lot 2: ‘Supplies of workwear included in the list referred to in Article 12(1)(1) of the PPA’ The subject-matter of the contract covers supplies of workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE) (‘goods’/‘articles’), in accordance with the Technical Specification and the models of the Technical and Price Proposal for each lot – an integral part of the Documentation. Deliveries of the goods covered by the items must be made to specified administrative addresses on the territory of Plovdiv, following prior written requests submitted by the contracting authority’s structural units to the contractor. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the Assignor and the Contractor, are in accordance with the Draft Contract, the Technical Specification, the Technical and Price Proposals of the Contractor for the respective position.
