Invitation to market dialogue on SAP RISE
DSB wants to learn more about SAP RISE, which is why we invite you to a market dialogue about SAP RISE. Background: DSB today uses an SAP S/4HANA solution that supports a large number of administrative business processes in the company. S/4HANA runs on-premises via an infrastructure and operational agreement with fa. TCS. This agreement expires in the summer of 2028, which is why DSB must conduct an EU tender probably in 2027. Against this background, DSB is considering whether the tender should include either: - SAP S/4HANA infrastructure and operations services based on on-premises or, - migration of DSB’s SAP S/4HANA solution to SaaS solution in private cloud – currently marketed under the name SAP RISE. Therefore, DSB wants to gain insight into what the suppliers in the market offer related to SAP RISE through market dialogue. DSB expects each supplier to provide a comprehensive overview of deliveries and commercial terms. Among other things, DSB would like to answer: 1) Description of the current market. 2) Description of the supplier's footprint in the market. General and SAP RISE. 3) Contract set-up including interfaces to fa. SAP SE. 4) Listing of services linked to the service: 4.1) What services are provided by default? 4.2) What services can be purchased? 4.3) How are these services designed for SLAs? 5) Description of cooperation model. 6) How and according to what structure the settlement of current operations takes place? 7) Description of the model for transition and settlement of this. Preferably with TCO assessments. 8) Description of hardware, data centers and geography used. 9) description of IT security model and IT security management. DSB expects to conduct interviews with a selection of suppliers in December 2025 and January 2026. The purpose of the interviews is to gather information about the solutions and services offered in the market. DSB plans to conduct market dialogue meetings with a maximum of six suppliers. If more than the six suppliers sign up, DSB will make a representative selection from among the declarations received.
