Fraport AG (AG) implements construction and maintenance projects of different sizes, technical characteristics and spatial location. The area of responsibility therefore includes new buildings, new plants, extensions, conversions, modernization, repair and maintenance work. for various projects of the following five site-typical object clusters:
• Terminal building,
• service and administration buildings,
• Operations areas/technology (runway system, taxiways, aircraft positions, etc.)
• Technical infrastructure (traffic installations, supply and disposal),
• Central infrastructure (baggage handling systems, baggage handling technology).
The subject of the tender are services that result from the Construction Site Ordinance (BaustellV) for the AG responsibility for various construction projects in terms of occupational safety, including comprehensive support of the AG to ensure the best possible occupational safety during planning and construction.
The number of projects to be processed per year cannot be predicted. The expected order volume is approximately €500,000 net per year. The client commits itself to a minimum purchase quantity of € 250,000 net per calendar year. In the case of sub-year maturities, the minimum purchase quantity shall be adjusted in a linear manner.
