Description

Die Betreuung des Auftraggebers muss im Allgemeinen über einen spezialisierten und erfahrenen Kundenberater erfolgen. Dabei sind neben der versicherungsspezifischen Expertise auch umfassende Kenntnisse von der Risikostruktur eines Öffentlichen Auftraggebers im Bereich Wissenschaft, Kunst und Kultur erforderlich. Der Auftraggeber benötigt eine umfassende Betreuung im Rahmen der Vertrags- und Schadenabwicklung. Entsprechend kommt auch dem Betreuungsteam des Auftragnehmers eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Der Auftraggeber setzt hier eine hohe fachliche Qualifikation, entsprechende Berufserfahrung sowie eine 24/7-Erreichbarkeit inkl. Vertretungsregelungen voraus. Besonders wichtig ist dem Auftraggeber eine möglichst schnelle Erreichbarkeit des Auftragnehmers im Schadensfall.
