Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, produced in the Waste Management Plant in Lulków. The offered waste management method must comply with the applicable legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587). The estimated amount of waste to be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract, i.e. from the date of signature until 31.12.2025, will be 6 000 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste expected to be used, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change its terms.
