il s'agit d'un accord-cadre, mono-attributaire, composite, exécuté, en partie, au moyen de bons de commande. L'Accord-Cadre comporte des prestations continues exécutées forfaitairement tout au long de l'année et des prestations ponctuelles dites " à la demande ", exécutées par bons de commande.
