The procedure concerns the award of a public service concession contract within the meaning of Article L1411-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities and L1121-1 of the Public Order Code relating to the operation, maintenance and major maintenance and renewal of two aquatic centres located in Le-Controis-en-Sologne and Faverolles-sur-Cher. The operation is entrusted for 60 months from the date of availability of the aquatic centers, after a period of tiling with the previous contract. For one of the aquatic centres, the maintenance and ESM missions will be shared with the holder of a partnership contract under the conditions laid down in the concession contract. The delegatee shall derive his remuneration from the operating revenues of the activities for which he is responsible, at his own expense and risk.
