Description

Sarastia Oy’s procurement services ask its customers to submit an offer for home and foreign newspapers, journals, scientific journals and digital newspapers, in accordance with the tender specifications. The criterion for comparison of the tender is the overall economic advantage, with a weight of 75 % and a quality weight of 25 %. The price will be compared with the points to be awarded on the basis of the rate of the service charge. The method of calculating the scoring is set out on page 36, under ‘Grounds for decision-making’.
The contract period is three (3) years and the contract includes the possibility of two (2) options of one (1) year (3+ 1+ 1). One (1) supplier will be selected. The contract does not contain a fixed purchase obligation for subscribers. The different delivery points/subscribing entities place their orders to the supplier themselves.
