Description

The awarding authority for this competition is Ålesund municipality. The procurement will be made on behalf of the Procurement Cooperation in Sunnmøre. The Procurement Cooperation in Sunnmøre consists of Stranda, Sykkylven, Norddal, Stordal, Vestnes, Ørskog, Skodje, Giske, Sula, Sandøy, Haram and Ålesund municipalities.
The participating municipalities in this framework agreement will be Giske, Norddal, Stranda, Ørskog, Skodje, Sandøy and Ålesund.
The Procurement Cooperation in Sunnmøre invites companies to a competition with the aim of entering into a framework agreement for toys, equipment and art materials.
The framework agreement shall cover the need the entities in the municipalities have to such products. These will mainly be nurseries and schools/before and after school care in the participating municipalities that will use the framework agreement.
The competition is divided into three main parts:
— toys,
— equipment,
— hobby and art materials.
The products that shall be included in each of the main groups will be in attached price forms and the specifications (see part 2).
All tenderers must be able to offer an adequate assortment in each of the product groups, it is not possible to submit a tender for only one product group.
The awarding authority reserves the right to enter into a framework agreement with several suppliers if this is deemed necessary for getting an adequate assortment.
This means that the awariding authority can choose to enter into a contract with one, three or several suppliers for this contract.
The awarding authority is using Visma TendSign for this tender process. In order to register your interest in this tender and get access to documents you have to copy and paste the link into your internet browser. https://tendsign.no/doc.aspx?ID=24295
