Description

The target of the procurement is the analytics service of the workstation. Istekki Oy has a need for a system that can be used to monitor the health of workstations in detail and systematically. The subject-matter and requirements of the contract are described in detail in the invitation to tender. In accordance with the invitation to tender, the customer has selected one (1) supplier with whom it has concluded a contract. The 'Value of the tender or other result' and 'Value of all contracts awarded under this procedure' indicate the estimated value of the contract. In accordance with the Act on Public Contracts, all possible expense items and the potential for Istek's own sales have been taken into account in the calculation of the estimated value. However, that does not mean, without limitation, that the purchases actually increase to the extent determined by the calculation of the imputed estimated value. Therefore, the estimated value of the procurement reflects the extent of the procurement at its highest, calculated as required by the Procurement Act, without the contracting entity's obligation to actually procure the services or goods of the selected supplier with an equivalent amount.
