1. The present proceedings are conducted in an open tender procedure on the basis of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1605) hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law and this Specification of the Terms of Order, hereinafter referred to as the "SWZ". 2.
