The apparatus shall have the following characteristics: 1. The ability to measure the Hall effect in constant current (dc) and alternating current (ac) mode. 2. Possibility of electrical measurements of the sample in four-contact configuration (van der Pauw) and six-contact configuration (so-called. ‘Hall-bar’). 3. Possibility of measurement in a wide temperature range: 10 K to 1000K using a closed-circuit cryostat compressor He (low-temperature measurements) or an inert gas furnace (high-temperature measurements). 4. Possibility of measurement in low-resistance and high-resistance mode (for samples with a resistance of max 200 GΩ). 3.
