Description

Die G.E.R.N. GmbH ist mit der Aufgabe der Koordination und Durchführung der Errichtung einer zukunftssicheren Breitbandnetzinfrastruktur in den Kommunalgebieten der Gemeinde Ernsgaden und der Stadt Geisenfeld beauftragt. Sie beabsichtigt die flächendeckende Errichtung einer zukunftssicheren Breitbandnetzinfrastruktur und deren Betrieb durch einen Kooperationspartner im sog. Betreibermodell. Die Erschließung erfolgt sukzessive in mehreren Ausbauclustern und verschiedenen Bauphasen. Ziel des gegenständlichen Auswahlverfahrens ist die Vergabe einer Dienstleistungskonzession an ein Telekommunikationsunternehmen zum Betrieb und die Instandhaltung einer Breitbandnetzinfrastruktur nebst der Erbringung von Telekommunikationsdienstleistungen nach Maßgabe der §§ 1 ff. KonzVgV.
