Description

Tallinn Strategy Centre shall establish a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DHS) for the purchase of vehicles in the city of Tallinn. The object of DPS is the purchase, leasing as operating lease, financing and full service lease of vehicles. The DPS is subdivided into parts (categories) and is valid for 36 months (with the possibility of extension).
