1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new SUVs (6 units) in an unmarked version for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin. 2. As part of the contract, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of increasing the number of vehicles ordered under the option law by a maximum of 6 units. The Contracting Authority shall notify the Contractor of the possible exercise of the option right not later than by 06.12.2024. 3. The scope, size, quantity and detailed requirements of the contract are specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1A to the draft provisions of the contract and in Annex 6 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide in the offer, in addition to the price, also: - make, model, version and year of production of the vehicle; - maximum net power of the engine (in KW); - maximum cylinder capacity (in cm3); - two-zone automatic air conditioning; - factory navigation; - warranty on mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the vehicle without a mileage limit; - warranty on the paint coating of the vehicle; - guarantee for perforation of vehicle body elements. 5. The purchaser shall require the vehicle purchased under the option to be the same as the base (guaranteed) vehicle . 6. The contracting authority shall require that the vehicles delivered under the contract are brand new vehicles manufactured in 2024, free from technical and legal defects, released for free circulation, to which third parties are not entitled and which are not the subject of any proceedings and security. 7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate the authorised repairers (name and address) for the proposed vehicle in Poland – the list submitted to the tender may be drawn up by the Contractor as a separate document. 8. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract by his own transport to the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin, ul. Vernyhory 5, on working days at. 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. 9. Detailed requirements regarding the receipt, warranty conditions and payment of the subject of the contract are set out in the provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
