This call for tenders concerns the design, realisation and maintenance of audiovisual facilities, including videoconferencing (VC), as well as, if required, the associated furniture for the so-called seating areas. These include the following space types (typicals): courtrooms, victim rooms, control rooms, and press rooms. In addition, the Contracting Authority expects to realise a limited but still unknown number of customised solutions. This concerns, for example, (children's) hearing rooms, recording studios, company restaurants, optionally renting audiovisual equipment and audiovisual facilities that have to be delivered occasionally to other government departments within a building of the Judiciary.
