Description

Most of the heat generation plants at the Frankfurt site are currently powered by fossil fuels. Some of the existing refrigeration and heat generation plants reach the end of their technical life in the short to medium term or are already no longer operated for technical reasons. In addition, there are increased demands on the refrigeration infrastructure of the data center located in the Westarkade. KfW is therefore planning a comprehensive modernisation of its heating and cooling systems, including the associated infrastructure, as well as the full expansion of the photovoltaic potentials of the available roof areas, KfW’s own buildings. The subject of the tendering procedure is the related TGA planning services.
