France-Vannes: Coated road materials
The consultation concerns the contract to be awarded for major repairs on the roads of the Departmental roads of Morbihan. The department of Morbihan manages 4 150 km of departmental roads, approximately 1 000 km per technical agency. This order form contract relates to the supply, manufacture, transport and implementation of hot hydrocarbon coated and concerns agglomeration cross-pieces, reprofiling, carpet renewals and non-agglomeration reinforcements. The work will be divided into 4 lots based on the administrative structure of the Road Directorate, which corresponds to the territory of the departmental technical agencies (see the technical agencies’ situation plan). The operations carried out under this order form contract will be limited to approximately 1 000 tonnes, and for operations above this tonnage, a second contract will be used. New works will be the subject of specific contracts launched as operations are programmed. The applicant’s attention is drawn to the fact that the contracting authority reserves the right to have the tenderer carry out up to 2 sites simultaneously per lot, as well as the possibility of carrying out night sites. By agreement, a site consists of works or a sequence of works separate from any other works in progress, the protection of which may be ensured upstream and downstream by an independent set of temporary signalling devices; 2 consecutive sites are considered to be separate only if the distance between them is at least one thousand (1 000) metres.
