1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest ,,Zawarcie umów ramowych na świadczenie usług w zakresie udzielania gwarancji ubezpieczeniowych na rzecz AMW SINEVIA sp. z o.o.’’ 2. Rodzaj zamówienia: usługa. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia sklasyfikowany jest we Wspólnym Słowniku Zamówień kod CPV: 66510000-8 - usługi ubezpieczeniowe, 4. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na dwie części: 4.1. Część I Zamówienia: Gwarancje wadialne 4.2. Część II Zamówienia: Gwarancje należytego wykonania kontraktu oraz gwarancje usunięcia wad i usterek Szczegółowe informacje na temat udzielenia zamówienia na umowę ramową i zawarcia umowy wykonawczej znajdują się w dalszej części SWZ oraz w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia – część poufna. 5. Pełnomocnik Zamawiającego informuje o poufnym charakterze części dokumentacji (dokumentacja poufna). Wykonawca może uzyskać dostęp do dokumentacji poufnej poprzez złożenie wniosku (Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ). 6. Zamawiający nie przewiduje możliwości zastosowania prawa opcji.
