Description

1. The subject-matter of the present tendering procedure is the supply of consumable equipment for Pracowni endoscopy – 7 packages, hereinafter referred to as ‘the product’s description and parameters, and in accordance with the range and quantities set out in Annex 2 to the ToR and in accordance with the ‘Tender Form’, which is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the SCI (‘Prosposal form’).
