The subject matter of contracts awarded in a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DNS) is the supply of mainly information and promotional items which are commonly available on the market and which are classified according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (hereinafter referred to as CPV) mainly in the scope of group 392, 185, 798, 301, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 228, 229, 443, including services related to their delivery to the places of delivery and unloading of goods to the warehouse at the place of destination. Where appropriate, the contracting authority shall also use another specific CPV code from those groups or another CPV group to classify the goods or services. The contracting authority will award a specific contract using the DNS on the basis of a Call for Tenders (hereinafter referred to as the Call for Tenders).
