Description

The subject of contracts awarded in a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DNS) is the supply of mainly information and promotion items which are normally available on the market and which are classified according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (hereinafter referred to as CPV) in particular in the range of groups 392, 185, 798, 301, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 228, 229, 443, including services related to their delivery to the places of delivery and the unloading of goods to the warehouse at the place of destination. Where appropriate, the contracting authority shall also use another specific CPV code from those groups or another CPV group to classify the goods or services. The contracting authority will launch a specific contract using the DNS on the basis of the Call for Tenders (hereinafter referred to as the Call for Tenders). The exact specification of the subject of the contract will be indicated in the relevant call for tenders for the award of a specific contract in accordance with the procurement documents. The contracting authority envisages the award of specific contracts under the DNS at predetermined, irregular intervals, which will depend on the contracting authority’s actual needs. Similarly, the volume of specific contracts awarded under a dynamic purchasing system is assumed by the contracting authority from units to thousands of units in a specific contract awarded under a dynamic purchasing system. The specific scope of the subject-matter of the contract as well as its detailed specification, including the specific delivery points, will be part of the individual calls under the established DNS, which will be sent to all listed candidates via the JOSEPHINE information system.
