In the period 2025-2026, the Danish Health Data Agency plans to carry out an EU tender for the acquisition of operations for the two systems LPR3 (the National Patient Register) and SEI (the Danish Health Data Agency's Electronic Reporting System). The purpose of this prior information notice is to draw the attention of potential tenderers to the forthcoming call for tenders. The Danish Health Data Authority wishes to create transparency about the tender documents and, as part of preparing the tender in the best possible way and in order to ensure that the material is in line with the general expectations and opportunities of the market, the Danish Health Data Authority wishes to conduct a technical dialogue with the market (market survey).
