Description

The public procurement procedure is carried out by NTH Nemzeti Tőkeholding Zrt., Hiventures Ventures Venture Fund Management Zrt., Focus Ventures Zrt., MFB Invest Zrt. and EXIM Invest Zrt. as joint contracting entities. Joint contracting authorities are represented by NTH Nemzeti Tőkeholding Zrt. during the public procurement procedure. As a result of the procurement procedure, a framework contract is concluded, which is signed by all joint contracting authorities in their own name, i.e. no authorised contracting authority is designated. In the performance of the single framework contract, each joint contracting authority shall be entitled to act independently in respect of individual calls for tenders and shall exercise independently the rights and fulfil the obligations arising from the framework contract. Joint contracting entities shall be jointly and severally liable only in respect of the call obligation set out in the FWC
