Die im Folgenden beschriebene Markterkundung der Deutschen Klassenlotterie Berlin (DKLB) dient ausschließlich der Vorbereitung einer Vergabemaßnahme. Die Neubeschaffung der Systeme wird nach den Regelungen und Anforderungen des Vergaberechts erfolgen. Hierauf möchte sich die DKLB im Rahmen einer Markterkundung nach §28 VGV vorbereiten.
Die vorhandene Telefonanlage soll ersetzt werden. Die neue Telefonanlage soll modern und dem aktuellen Stand der Technik entsprechen.
