Description

The purpose of the contract is to provide ancillary and educational services to the following facilities:
Municipal nursery ‘R. di Ferro’:
— management of a section in addition to the extension of afternoon hours,
Institute for Comprensive Albenga I.
Albenga II Comprensive Institute.
Albenga/Ceriale Comprensive Institute (limited to school plot in Leca):
— management of the educational support service for disabled pupils.
The contract in question – Category 24, CPC 92 CPV 80410000-1, having as its object a service listed in Table IIB to Legislative Decree No 163/2006 ‘Code of public contracts for works, services and supplies, pursuant to Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC’, is among those excluded from the application of the provisions of that Code, subject to Articles 65, 68 and 225.
The contract is governed by the provisions of the contract notice, the special specifications and the Code will be applicable, in addition to the articles mentioned above, exclusively in the legislation expressly referred to in the tender documents; otherwise, the rules on administrative procedure laid down in Law No 241/90, Law No 15/2005, as amended and supplemented, will apply.
