Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the municipality of Stupsk and the collection from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste (PSZOK) located in the municipality of Stupsk, together with the transport and management of collected waste in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Waste Act, the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and local law. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ.
