Description

In the south of the UKB, as part of the neurocenter, there is neurosurgery, building 081. Neurosurgery, built in the early 1970s, is a reinforced concrete skeleton structure with underpass ceilings, 2 basements and a 7-storey structure on a wide base. The building structure means that numerous rooms are internal and therefore not exposed to daylight. 2 stairwells and 3 elevators lead through the building, 2 of them in the same shaft. The buildings 082 (neurology) and 080 (new building neurology, psychiatry & psychosomatics) are connected to the neurosurgery. To building 082 there is a structural connection via the basement and the ground floor. Building 080 also closes in the basement, ground floor and 1st floor. Upstairs to neurosurgery. Due to the building in operation, it may be possible that the work must also be carried out at night, on Saturdays and on Sundays and public holidays. The ongoing operation of neurosurgery must not be affected. In order to protect the health of patients and employees, protection against dust, dirt and other hazards must be provided for all construction measures. The overall measure "Reconstruction of radiology" comprises the following sub-measures: 1. Reconstruction of neuroradiology on the ground floor and installation of 5 large devices as well as conversion of a DSA system 2. Reconstruction in 1. Basement to house the laboratories of the Institute of Cellular Neuroscience (IZN) from the EC and other users 3. Fire protection renovation in the respective areas In the course of an open procedure, the trade MS-Anlage + Trafo is to be awarded.
