Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
Description of the operation: The Voie Urbaine Sud, part of the Urban Relocation Plan drawn up by the Communauté d’Agglomération Nîmes Métropole, is a privileged inter-neighbourhood link between the Ville Active district and the Route de Beaucaire. This new infrastructure, part of which has already been built, will allow Allende Boulevard to be relieved of the flow necessary to serve the southern districts of the city, and will allow these districts to be linked by bicycle. It is an east-west link parallel to the southern ring road of Nîmes (Boulevard Salvator Allende) between the latter and the A9 motorway. The section already completed connects the commercial area ‘Ville Active’ to the ZAC Georges Besse II (route to the Bishop’s Tower), before joining Boulevard Allende. The extension of the SUV to the east, over a total linear length of 2 625 m, will allow the connection to the Beaucaire road. It requires, among other things, the construction of a bridge over the Vistre de la Fontaine. The remaining sections will allow the connection between the Ville Active sector and eventually the Beaucaire road, namely: - The Vistre-Fontaine works of art; - Section 1 runs from Chemin de la Tour de l’Evêque to Avenue Pierre Mendès-France (RD 6113 route d’Arles); - The Pierre Mendès France roundabout – RD6113 – Sections 2 and 3 extend from Avenue Pierre Mendès-France (RD 6113 route d’Arles) to Avenue Robert Jonis, via two separate routes; - The Platanettes roundabout - Section 4 runs from Avenue Robert Jonis to Rue Christino Garcia; - Section 5 runs from Christino Garcia Street to Pont des Iles Road (out of programme) - The roundabout of Chemin du Pont des Iles Road - Section 6 runs from Pont des Iles Road to Route de Beaucaire (RD999) - Section 7 runs from Rue de Rivoli to Boulevard Allende The section of Chemin de la Tour de l’Evêque to Christino Garcia Street (Sections 1-4) is a two-way 2x2 lane track. The rest of the development (Sections 5 & 6) is 2x1 lane as the expected level of traffic does not justify a 2x2 lane. (Section 5 is outside the programme) Financial envelope for the operation: The provisional allocation (overall cost) allocated to the works is EUR 13 503 000 excluding VAT, ‘Me’ value – Envelope month – February 2025, broken down by section and roundabout as follows: • Co Artwork of the Vistre: €2 500 000 excluding tax (for the TOARC between the path of the Bishop’s Tower and the rue de Rivoli) • Section 1: €2 500 000 excluding tax (between rue de Rivoli and the Pierre Mendès France roundabout – RD6113 excluded) • Co Giratoire Avenue Pierre Mendès France – RD6113: €834,000 excl. tax • Section 2: 667 000 € excl. tax (between Avenue Pierre Mendès France and the Platanettes roundabout) • Section 3 = 500 000 € excl. tax (Rue des Platanettes, between Avenue Pierre Mendès France and the Platanettes roundabout (excl.)) • Section 4 = 1 834 000 € excl. tax (Avenue Robert Jonis from the Platanettes roundabout to Rue Christino Garcia) • Section 6 = 2 334 000 € excl. tax (Avenue Robert Bompard between the Pont des Îles roundabout and the Beaucaire roundabout) • Section 7 = 1 000 000 € excl. tax (Rue de Rivoli between V.U.S and Boulevard Allende Salvador) Description of the market: The project management contract includes a basic task within the meaning of Articles L. 2431-1 et seq., R. 2412-1, R. 2431-1 et seq., R. 2431-24 et seq., and Annex 20 thereto (Order of 22 March 2019) relating to the technical arrangements for the performance of project management tasks entrusted by public contracting authorities to private-law providers, and additional tasks.
