France-Paris: Road transport services
This consultation concerns the transfer operations of the BNF and INHA services, in order to free zone 2 of the Richelieu site before the start of the renovation works for phase 2 and to proceed with the occupation of zone 1, the renovation of which has been completed. The services are divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes standard administrative furniture for the transfer of BNF and INHA staff (offices, cupboards, armchairs, computers, living archives, etc.), as well as technical furniture which may be heavy or specific, a list of these items is attached as Annex 1.
Lot 2 includes the property items which may be heavy or specific to BNF, the list of these items is attached as Annex 1 to the CCTP.
The contract is all-inclusive.
The duration of the contract for each of the 2 lots starts from the notification until completion of the transfer services.
The period of execution of Lot 1 is 4 months from the starting date of the transfers, which will start from the date specified in the Administrative Order (O) informing the Contractor of the start date of the transfer, the bones will be notified no later than 5 months from the notification of the contract. The start date of the transfer will take place no later than 1 months after notification of the service order (O) informing the holder of that date.
