Description

Cleaning services include continuous interior cleaning and cleaning-related service tasks, including ongoing cleaning of offices, kitchenettes, canteens, copy rooms, meeting rooms, toilets, exhibition areas, stairwells, parking garages and rental properties and bathrooms, as well as other areas listed in this requirement specification and the annexes. Mat service and window cleaning also constitute fixed services under the contract and are included in the annual/monthly fee. Window polishing includes interior and exterior façade glass and skylights, etc. Cleaning services must be available at all of By & Havn's current and future locations The contract with the winning bidder will be concluded on the terms and conditions set out in the tender documents' contract with annexes.
