Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of DNA isolation reagents from whole blood, HLA antigen typing reagents using the real time PCR method, Terasaki platelets and B lymphocyte isolation reagents using the negative selection method for UCK in the assortment and the requirements set out in Annex 4 to the RVU. 2. Listed in pt. 1 reagents must meet the requirements set out in Annex 4 to the OTSC. Failure to meet at least one of the absolute requirements set out in Annex 4 to the CVT will result in the rejection of the tender. 3. The Ordering Party in the scope of Parts 2 and 3 requires the delivery with the first delivery of computer software suitable for the assessment of typing (CE/IVD certified) together with instructions for its use in an electronic version on a data carrier (PenDrive). 4. As part of the procedure for Parts 2 and 3, the Contractor is obliged to provide ongoing technical assistance in the implementation of the procedure and analysis of the results and in the proper functioning of the database with the results obtained using the offered tests/reagents. 5. As part of the procedure for Parts 2 and 3, the Contractor is obliged to conduct full training at the HLA Laboratory of Immunology and Clinical Transplantology UCK in the following areas: • Procedures and applications of offered tests • All stages of testing • Analysis of results 6. For the purposes of the training, the Contractor will provide a complete set of reagents, calibrators, controls, parts and consumables and other reagents and accessories necessary to select HLA for 24 tests on the Quant Studio 6 camera owned by the Ordering Party.
