Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego na finansowanie planowanego w 2012 r. deficytu budżetu Gminy Zalewo oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek w wysokości 3 182 784,17 PLN z przeznaczeniem na:
— sfinansowanie planowanego w 2012 roku deficytu budżetu Gminy Zalewo w kwocie 1 464 846,17 PLN,
— spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek w kwocie 1 717 938 PLN.
