Description

The object of this decision is the supply and installation of prefabricated residential buildings for the administration and hospitality of stray pets with a capacity of 40 animals in a specific area (plot) in the Municipality of Eastern Samos, the supply of equipment for the administrative building as well as the supply and installation of solar lighting and metal fences around the houses. Given the temporal and spatial overlap of supplies and works, the place of implementation of the contract and the specificity of its subject matter and with a view to ensuring speed in implementation, uniformity in procedures, means and rules of use, maintenance and maintenance, as well as facilitating the monitoring and supervision of its implementation, in order to achieve the best possible cost-effectiveness and performativity of the investment, it was considered more beneficial not to divide the contract into lots.
