Description

Hankinnan kohteena ovat Tampereen aikuiskoulutuskeskuksen ravintolapalvelut.
Hankintasopimuksen tavoitteena on tuottaa hankintayksikön ravintolapalvelut toimintavarmasti ja joustavasti. Sopimuksen kohteena olevien opiskelija- ja henkilöstöravintolapalveluiden tulee vastata kaikkien asiakasryhmien tarpeita, huomioiden myös erityisruokavaliot ja etniset ruokavaliot sekä eettisiin valintoihin liittyvät ruokavaliot.
Ravintoloiden toiminnan tulee olla ympärivuotista. Tilaaja ei tule rajoittamaan aukioloa. Ravintoloiden tulee olla auki oppilaitosten toimintakaudella arkisin vähintään klo 8.00–15.00 (lounas 11.00–13.00). Ratamossa kevytlounasmahdollisuus kauneudenhoitoalan perustutkinto-opiskelijoille klo 14.30 saakka. Kesäkaudella aukioloajat voivat olla suppeammat. Palvelu tuotetaan olemassa olevissa keittiö- ja ravintolasalitiloissa nykyisine linjastoineen.
