Assiises de l’énergie – press and communication mission (tranched market).
For the next 4 editions of the event held alternately in Dunkerque and Bordeaux, the Urban Community of Dunkirk wishes to focus on the services of a provider to develop a strategy for press relations and communication on the event. The aim of this strategy will be to make the event visible at several levels: international, European, national, regional and local print, audiovisual and web media.
It will address the area of energy transition and its related links with urban planning, housing, buildings, transport, economy, employment, environment, social and societal sectors (among others).
