Description

This consultation concerns all the green spaces of the "Talence-Médoquine" multimodal exchange hub located on the edge of the railway stop of the same name, which will be reopened soon, as well as on the future Pellegrin-Thouars-Malartic Bus Express line. The public spaces around the railway stop, under the control of Bordeaux Métropole, include several forecourts, a PMR ramp, pedestrian and cycle continuity, car and bicycle parking, green spaces and urban furniture. The improvements to this contract are linked to the progress of urban development works, road infrastructure, works of art, furniture, various networks, and carried out in the immediate vicinity of the SNCF site rights-of-way linked to the reopening of the halt, with a possible co-activity. Planting work is staggered over the two winter periods 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. Two years of maintenance are integrated into the market (firm section, and 3rd year of optional section 1 maintenance).
